LumeSwan Terms and Conditions

LumeSwan is an online booking platform that connects customers and service providers.

Hereinafter referred to as "LumeSwan", "we", "us" or "our".

Through LumeSwan, users can among other things:

• book hotels;
• reserve holiday homes;
• book beauty and hair salons;
• make wellness and spa appointments;
• reserve yoga and sports classes;
• compare trips and holidays;
• book activities and experiences;
• purchase services from affiliated partners;

LumeSwan acts solely as an online marketplace and booking platform. The agreement for the actual service is concluded directly between the user and the relevant provider.

An account is required for certain functions. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login details confidential.

Each booking is confirmed by the relevant provider. Prices, availability, cancellation policies and additional terms are determined by the provider.

Payments may be processed through LumeSwan or an external payment partner. Depending on the provider, payment may take place immediately or later.

Cancellation policies differ by provider. Always check the terms shown during the booking process.

LumeSwan is not responsible for the performance of booked services. The provider remains fully responsible for the quality, performance and compliance with the agreement.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used for bookings, payments, customer service and the other purposes described there.

LumeSwan may amend these terms. The latest version is always available on our website.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
